1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a visitor. But, there are some benefits if you have an account with us:

  • Fast ordering process
  • Easily browse your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

3. How safe is my online order? 

When you purchase a product online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

4. Are there exchange rates?

All our transactions are in euros. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer completes the transaction.

5. How do I set my delivery address?

Since our website and service are French-based, all information you enter must be in French, including punctuation. If some letters in your address contain non-French letters, you will be advised to use similar French letters. For example, you can change the letter "ô" to "o".

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will hold the package (on hold).

7. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?

Delivery time is based on the delivery option you have chosen. Once the order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number and website. But we are not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs department.

8. What should I do if I have items missing from my order?
